Shane Thompson is the President and Broker of Asset Vu Real Estate Brokerage (pronounced; ‘a-“set, vyu), a modern technology based full service real estate brokerage located in Roseville, California. He has been involved in the real estate industry for over two decades during which time he has served both private and corporate clientele with advisement and professional services in the areas of real estate finance, property management, and sales. During this time Shane has had opportunities to work on commercial building and working farm projects in addition to bare land, new development, and residential resale projects. His experience has also served others in legal proceedings where he has been called upon as an expert witness in real estate related matters.
During the last housing market crash Shane was a go to Real Estate Broker for many corporate financial institutions who had the need for someone with a great deal of experience an expertise in managing and selling corporate owned real estate. During those years he was assisting in the sale of over one-hundred properties per year overseeing a small team of only six staff members to accomplish this. His corporate clientele has included companies such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Wachovia, ERC, Fannie Mae, HUD, REDC, PMH, and LPS AMS. Shane has reached the highest level of real estate sales recognition through the Placer County Association of Realtors and was awarded the Outstanding Life Master’s Club designation. He has been a mentor that has proudly supported three of his team members as they ventured out to open their own real estate brokerages and continues to be a resource for others both within and outside of his own brokerage.
